Your performance is totally based on the owner's mood, If their mood is good than it's ok. But if they make mistake it's your fault. Also if he is not available because of his personal issues and you have no task or some thing you require from their side... man you have to listen next day anyhow. Not giving proper task details, required access, even the code on which you have to work, after all the things goes to you. Once they assign you the task, they also do it by them selves and when it finish they ask you why you did that ? I am fast than you. (Why to compare, are you in the race ?) Job security is Zero at all. They are hiring and firing on basis of requirements. They have senior Developers and getting almost double my salary, how i can work as much as them in half salary and experiance ? No common sense at all.
