I have noticed some negative reviews, but my personal experience has been completely different. I believe every individual’s journey depends on their mindset and willingness to embrace opportunities.       your point of view is considered and implemented if it is really good to go forward with. You will become capable of taking decision as required authority will be provided. Good work culture.

      no Pros as such, its a startup

      1. They do not give PF 2. They have afternoon 2PM to 11 PM shift 3. Micro-management at every aspects 4. Also they track the screen timing, when you are working from home someday due to personal work
