Pros
The majority of the lower level employees were fantastic and lovely. It's definitely a "suffer as one" environment full of workers without other options. They are making the most out of their situation.
Kontras
Production management is only concerned about money and numbers. They broke labor laws more than once and were open about hiring "foreigners" who don't speak English well or have a foot to stand on. The pay was at a poverty level for the area, which contributed to them moving to a location where it was acceptable (TX). Benefits were minimal. The assignments are not based on skill, and often result in poor quality. The turnover rate was extremely high, and the training was almost non existent.
