Never really know what the next project will bring. Get to work from home if pre-approved, usually when sick but able to work, bad weather, need to get something done late at night, etc.

Small consulting company that does grunt work for Microsoft "and others". Very few people work for other companies, so as soon as Microsoft doesn't want you anymore and has no where else to put you - you are laid off.
