Retention bonus given out maybe. Overtime because people quit quite often.

The reason the retention bonus even exists is because people don't stay. Good help is not appreciated and gets burnt out quickly. Administration lies and tricks people to work certain houses. Shady organization and distrustful. State regulations are unknown to anyone that actually matters. They try to get new employees so much that they never think as to how they can keep good employees. Burn out rate is high and staff is very unappreciated.
