This company is hands down one of my favorite places to have worked. No complaints here. They have a casual laid back dress code, diversity throughout the company, Antera has the most understanding accommodating leadership team I've experienced, there is no micromanaging and not to mention a great well-deserved salary is nice too. Antera made me feel like home. The CEO is very down to earth and very transparent on his expectations. The ladies of the Senior Leadership Team are extremely pleasant and very caring about what it takes to make your job duties flow as most efficient and smoothly as possible. The overall team is GREAT! It is a small staff, but I personally like the family feel. We work hard and the owners definitely show their appreciation when it's deserved. They even provided lunch maybe at least 4 times a month, you can't beat that!
