Pros

Great company to work for an easy to work with if you need to shift changes or health issues. They treat you like family.

Kontras

I can’t really think of any cons. It is hard to know how many hours you’re gonna get on your pay period. That would be the only con that I can think of. There’s only a couple people that can see what your hours are and figure your hours for you and take your breaks. Put them back on to your time and things like that.

This was a great company to work for. Our leadership team was collaborative and you knew you were always a part of a team. There were so many opportunities to learn and grow.

Was a 24/7 operation and it was not always easy to staff certain shifts and days.
