-Great location -WFH option -Not too many calls in the mixed or night shift -Schedule flexibility when needed

Kontras

-The salary was very low -Day time shifts were all never ending calls. No green. -QA evaluations were too stiff

Generally nice people to work with. Loyal to the people they like.

They focus too much on negative. You can do a hundred things right. They'll never even notice.
