Pros

Some teams are exceptional! They come from organizations that were acquired by Anju. The new individual hires are a hit or miss.

In essence, a hot mess. - They are quietly laying people off, slowly and steadily: every other week, one or two resources are let go. This has been going on for months. - There's no growth opportunity and leadership is only worried about pleasing the board or investors. Weekly meetings that take ages with little to no concrete actions. - Communication in/within departments is terrible - Benefits: Very bad. Their 401k is the worst I have seen in my career - HR is just for show

Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
