The medicine is top notch. Although the main boss can be a jerk, he is an amazing teacher when he wants to be.

The main boss is always yelling at someone. There is a high turnover, the staff is overworked because of staff shortage. Everyone is afraid of the boss. Not the best environment for a new grad or a sensitive person. One receptionist is rude and racist and there is definitely favoritism, but also sexism.
