Pros

- A very good compensation package for FMCG companies and the London office is a nice place to work - the colleagues are usually great people to work with

Kontras

- no commitment to D&I. Only 1 out of the CEOs SLT is a woman!! I’ve seen no plans or signs of this being addressed. - do not care about people, see them as a means to an end: “efficiencies and performance at all costs.” - no work life balance: you are expected to meet all deadlines, even if they are unreasonable. Your “ownership” mindset is questioned if you don’t. - office 5 days a week (ignoring all feedback from employees, particularly those who are the primary caregiver).
