a. The most horrible Directors are Senior Directors team. Most 95% of them are white. I don't want to call them leaders as they don't qualify. b. Most unethical. c. I have proof most of the comments are written by the White People in company and HR. Ex: There are hardly 20 people who completed 1 year. All Directors are expats from Brazil or EU with more than 1 year experience. d. The Employee Engagement score was horrible. They kept in the wraps for 10 months. Suddenly you call all employees into a room and magically a plan appears to improve emp engagement in two months. They get 10 more points worst than last year. e. Every thing is managed by 1 or 2 people. All decissions, trainings are taken by 1 or 2 senior folks. f. The culture is horrible. They have a bunch of Value, which they quote only in speech and live never.
