Inexistent onboarding (I've been logged in to the system and that was it).
Incompetent resource management (pretty much no help from your manager, skipped 121s and other planned meetings).
Incompetent trainee programs (due to the very lack of structured programs or standards, one has to act on his own even without any previous experience).
Not that many 'good' projects to choose from (thus there was pretty much no such option 'to choose').
Almost no long-term projects (another switch every couple of weeks/month).
Multiple projects at a time.
The worst part for me was the assessment (while I passed easily) and the salary negotiations: it's not a problem to gaslight the employee as underperforming and incompetent (while received positive and very positive reviews from clients) rather than increase the compensation for $200-500 (for junior-senior levels, accordingly).
