Horrible Company, run like a plantation - Load Crew Associate bei Anchor Sign: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company cares nothing for it's employees, everything is geared toward production. Employees are underpaid, work 50 - 60 hours a week and are shown no appreciation for the work they do. There are 2 10 minute breaks for a 10 hour shift, which I have never heard of anywhere else. There is also a requirement to work alternating Saturdays and even if the day's work is completed you are required to stay until 5:30 pm. This is a horrible place to work, there is no real career path and all profits are split between the owners. This is a job for people with felonies or that don't have certifications. Employees are treated as expendable machines and rarely stick around for long and I am hoping to follow suit very soon. Would not recommend anyone to work here ever.
