This company was acquired by a private equity firm that has no interest in people but just their EBITA. The target is constantly changing. There is a culture of high pressure sales. Leadership has a false sense that you can tell the customer when and how they need to purchase multi-year million dollar contracts. They don't do things in the customer's time frame, but rather use tactics of unnecessarily raising the cost if a customer doesn't sign within obituary deadlines that are imposed by leadership. Their are several AVPs that have no respect for employees or clients, especially if you are a woman. Leadership routinely used profanity in meetings talk ill of potential customers by calling them idiots. They also have a habit of sharing personal HR information with peers without cause expect to belittle individuals. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond belief. If you feel compelled to speak up you become the enemy and in some cases you will be fired without any valid reason. They have routinely posted Slack Message sent out to groups bad mouthing and lying about former employees. Anaplan states they stand on diversity and equality, but their actions are the exact opposite. If you a person of color or a female this is not a good place to work. Go to the executive leadership page on their website and you will see the lack of diversity from the top down. In short DO NOT work here. Even though the pay is good it isn't worth it.
