Digital design flow is about 20 years behind state of the art. They are canceling DSP projects and shutting down design centers left and right. Focus is on analog development/MEMS. Very political environment that is poorly managed. Experience is valuedmore than innovation. Young engineers have difficulty earning respect and being heard.
