Great work environment and friendly

Pay so low on the scale

The company seems well managed and the day-to-day workload is always changing. They do a good job with clearing out dead weight.

The location is not ideal. It's on/near an Indian reservation, which in and of itself isn't bad, but the surrounding areas seem really repressed.
