Pros

It's slow so not much work to get done and they pay above min wage

Kontras

They're super strict on absences so if you have anything going on in your personal life they don't care at all. They don't give you mandatory brakes it's based on availability. They don't give you many hours even though if they need you they need you. Julian who is the regional manager is moody all time and acts like people don't have a life.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you are satisfied with your pay. I want to take this opportunity to address your concerns. We do expect associates to show up to work for their scheduled shift, however, we also know and understand that things happen in everyone's life, which is why we have a conservative absence policy compared to other companies. Associates are scheduled hours based on business needs and we have been fortunate to hire great associates who are team players that step up and help each other when needed and to have a waiting list of people wanting to come to work with us. Breaks are given all throughout the day and associates take as many breaks as they like, when they do not have customers, and get paid for those breaks. If you have feedback regarding your District Leader or anyone else in the company, we do ask that you call Human Resources directly so we can resolve your concerns.
