Working here is a nightmare. Never join this firm. They don't teach anything, bombard with lots of work, treat you like servants, no basic respect in communication, very abusive. You will get trauma for life. Worse, they don't pay enough that you can afford therapy. No learning, just meaningless grunt work. Long hours goes without saying, zero flexibility, very political environment, very partial. No growth outlook, about to shut down.
