The board and management lied to everyone. They quit paying suppliers in Q3 2024 but said everything was fine until they closed in April 2024.
The most unethical company I ever worked for. In hindsight the things they did were horrible. They said their values were "truth, trust communication and respect", but they never got close to embracing any of those. An absolute joke of a company. They brought in workers on visas literally months or weeks before ceasing all operations with no notice and no severance. The executive team and the board should be embarrassed and ashamed, and should be held to account for this unmitigated disaster. Instead they declared bankruptcy and Batelle will buy back the pieces it wants fo4 pennies on the dollar.
