Most of the people at amp are super smart, fun, and hardworking. The ceo is the heart+soul of that company. I'd work for him any day. Great guy. He keeps the employees going over there.

Nowadays people work so much at startups that they deserve fun and company activities OUTSIDE of the office - Raises? Low pay there and no raises
