      Pros

      Some bonuses albeit small after tax/student loan

      Kontras

      Salaries are poor and pay reviews offer minimal increases; High staff turnover particularly at junior levels; People often not happy with their roles; Issues throughout the company regarding mental health: there exists a narrative of mental health training, webinars etc but no real tangible changes to improve the wellbeing of staff (flexible hours, larger bonuses, higher salaries…); Bonuses disappear rapidly after tax and student loan repayments and don't offer much sense of reward; There are fixations from management about productivity where unrealistic targets are set and staff made to feel incompetent if they don’t achieve certain thresholds.

      Pros

      Small agency feel with access to a large global network of specialized talent. Staffed with top talent and capable managers who allow their teams to run the business in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative manner. The company is not overly consumed with instilling process but it does exist where it makes sense. Team members can swim in and out of their lanes to help support one another. This approach leads to a very agile, flexible and collaborative workforce. There are opportunities to leverage your strengths and experiences and develop new skills in the process. Truly unique and refreshing.

      - Wonderful group of people - Great for writers who like to wear multiple hats in fast-paced environment - Develop meaningful relationships with clients - Very much into feedback culture

      Kontras

      - No time or resources for career development - Few opportunities for mentorship due to no junior writers - Can take feedback culture a bit too far - Slightly clique-ish
