      Pay was above average at the time.

      All the hype they produce makes it look like they are on top of the world. In reality, it is mismanaged. They blow through money to look like they're one of the big dogs, while producing poor results. This caused them to lay off most of their employees to prevent a total collapse.

      Hired an amazing team to start. Amazing Facility. Lots of early momentum

      Blew through cash at an absurd rate. Too much marketing hype and not enough product solidification and proper market fit. Latest leader is tough to stomach.
