      Pros

      The pay is great. Hours can be flexible. ANICO offers, life ininsurance, 401 k and health insurance benefits. Good company to work for if you have no family life.

      Kontras

      The hours are long. No professional training for new agents. Too much pressure to collect premium's while the economy is in a recession. People would rather keep a roof over their heads and place food on their table , before buying and paying for their life insurance. Health insurance is very expensive. They offer no dental insurance.

      Manage your own time, make your own paycheck.

      Kontras

      Lack of corporate fixing their own errors, as well as the new owners abolishing agents positions, and replacing with customer service reps in another country.
