The above pros don't mean a thing when you are treated like poo everyday. I worked there for 8 years and was miserable for 4 of it. The upper management in claims needs adjusting majority. The claims supervisors need to have people skills more than their skills in my opinion. If you are a supervisor takes care of your people and HELP them. Stop ignoring them. The company used to be great and was the best way to start my career and get my licenses. The amount of stress I endured at that company isn't worth any amount of pay. The pay was terrible . I'm SO glad I decided to leave.
