Words cannot describe the injustice witnessed with this organization. I went from Top Performer to terminated in one month because I blew a whistle. I did my job very well and the department I was in terminated me because a card member who was AT FAULT and responsible complained to the CEO's office because they didn't like the outcome. Company records were then falsified and due to Arizona's RIGHT TO WORK clause, there was no recourse for me to dispute my termination. I am currently due incentive bonuses that are also being withheld and no severance. They terminated my employment before I could blow the whistle on their misconduct. I am currently exploring legal options but the point of this review is to warn prospective candidates of their misconduct and confirm they have no job security even when you are performing your duties successfully. This organization is the reason review sites exist. I hope this helps.
