Confidence between the operational and management team does not exist! The management is not able to put himself into reconsideration ! It’s always the fault of the operational team! Management team are not professional and they are looking only for their proper interest and not for the well being of their teams! They say that they are an American company but they don’t even know what that means! The intern organization is horrible! No communication between services ! Welcome to 2000’s! Leadership is not recognized when you are ambitious! They put the pressure on their teams And failure is not acceptable ! Even if their strategies sucks and does not working ! They are not listening ope rationals teams which create misunderstanding and then failure for the management team and discourage the operational team! Trust is gone !!
