Confidence between the operational and management team does not exist! The management is not able to put himself into reconsideration ! It’s always the fault of the operational team! Management team are not professional and they are looking only for their proper interest and not for the well being of their teams! They say that they are an American company but they don’t even know what that means! The intern organization is horrible! No communication between services ! Welcome to 2000’s! Leadership is not recognized when you are ambitious! They put the pressure on their teams And failure is not acceptable ! Even if their strategies sucks and does not working ! They are not listening ope rationals teams which create misunderstanding and then failure for the management team and discourage the operational team! Trust is gone !! I think that the management team should learn how to manage! They forget about the human side! Career development - if you don’t know the good persons, well good luck!

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
