This job isn't for the faint of heart, as not only will you be dealing with exceptionally difficult situations on a day-to-day basis, but you will also have to deal with extreme metrics that are sometimes not even realistic. Career opportunities are a joke, volume of work is insane, and work/life balance can be challenging.
