Great work life balance; some of the most competent, creative managers around. People really care about giving actionable feedback at year-end and throughout the year.
Kontras
Salaries are, I'm told, significantly lower than our counterparts at Citibank. I think you are really paying for the work life balance in this aspect. Health plan leaves a little something to be desired; we have a PPO (great) with a high-deductible health plan (not so great).
