Have good benefits for employees. Very employee-oriented. Unlimited VLs, unlimited dependent HMO, food subsidies. Good work-life balance.
Kontras
Leadership and organization is bad. There are often re-organization that disrupts all work and people are misplaced. People are moved to positions that they should not be in. You get role offer but when you transfer to that team, you would assume a different role. Happened to me, I just basically got scammed. And they have layoff each year. So basically after you are moved to a team and assumed a role that you didn't applied for, you would be part of layoff.
