Pros

Culture , Environment , Amdocs provides you good food, breakfast, supper, free fruits all ,Amdocs is very flexible in it's timings , Good salary hikes.

Kontras

No work life balance in some projects. Some products are still on old technologies but gradually shifting to newer. If you are working as a developer here , you will have to available for weekend’s deployments without getting any pay/comp off’s. You will easily get comfortable here , which is not at all good for your career.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
