      long hours, too much politics, midiocre salry hike. quality of work is low. you will be doing Amdocs specific work which is of no use outside.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
