      Well maintained office, stocked kitchen.

      Kontras

      No respect for workers work/life balance. Racial preference for Israelis in leadership. Work contracts with client companies are designed to foster adversarial relationships. Titles do not match levels of responsibility.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
