can get good perks, have frequent and short travels, specific telecom business provides specific job profile for future, open work culture, no dress code but professionalism expected, mostly food is there in pantry, good chances for business analysts and non technical experts and solution designer, trust on employees by company(not work mgmnt).

less technical if not in core product team, somewhat service based culture for perks and hike though depends on manager, less appreciation for experienced employees, not much good food, events and celebrations is not of good standards, less chances of exploring oneself in technology
