Health Benefits are great, Vacations/Sick-leaves are as per market expectations.

Unorganized work. Lot of politics (you wont grow if you don't belong to the core race). No growth. Quality of work has gone down drastically. No work-life balance. Lot of spouses and relatives of existing employees have been recruited even though they lack any IT experience.
