A Nice Place to work with good people and work is on Amdocs billing product

Management is very bad. Leads are very irritating and a lot of politics. No growth in career A lot of work and night calls. No honor and reputation for employees who are working very hard. No Onsite opportunities for new people and Senior Management and leads are taking benefits of freshers. No work-life balance.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
