Systematically destroying all that is good about the products - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Amdocs: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Have spent the last 5 years watching Amdocs make no real investment in the CRM (Clarify) product and subsequently get rid of the entire sales and pre sales teams. How Amdocs now intends to drive revenue from CRM is anyone's guess, and expect to see the services organisation shrink further as other disgruntled employees leave. Morale as a result is at rock bottom and this is reflected in the moods around the offices. Not a great place to be right now.
