As in majority of huge companies, Amdocs' treats are: * high vertical management hierarchy; service workers are on the lowest levels and they have dozens of managers above them * loose coupling between senior management and people who actually do the job (developers, engineers) * people are treated without care; all that huge companies care about is profit, profit, more profit * you shouldn't hope for judicious compensations, promotions, etc. - instead be prepared to see favoritism * you will be squeezed and left out once you've done your part.
