      short term travell opprtunities in some of the projects free evening and morning snacks

      You will loose Technical skills long working hours in most of the project and most of the times weekend work is also there politics when it comes to rating

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
