      Many things to learn. Talented resources.

      Work Life out of balance , have to stay connected at least till midnight on weekdays, on Weekends especially Sundays ( Israel works Sundays) , on Holidays. Everything needs to be done now. People see number of emails not content of emails

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
