1. Good on-site opportunities, good one for travel freaks.. :) 2. Flexible timings 3. Breakfast, fruits, lunch and evening snacks.. only lunch charged at rs 35, else all free :) 4. Work culture is good and supports you to grow in your career and domain 5. After working for few years you can get re-location opportunities, almost all of the people working with me got to ireland, sydney, australia, cyprus, mexico, KL, etc

Not much to write......... its was all win-win only except for CTC not being normalized/given proper appraisal after a span of time.. (even after giving good performance... )
