      - Employee friendly, facilities - Good work culture, flexible work hours - Short term onsite depends on project and luck - Best company for freshers

      - Poor middle management - Micromanagement - Promotions come by very slow Again pros/cons it all depends on project.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
