      Amdocs has open and multi cultural work environment. Company takes care of the employee personal and professional development needs. There are also many events and group activities performed many times a year.

      After working long period at Amdocs, you develop inertia and stop looking around.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
