-No work life balance -No quality management (Most of the managers are non-competative,they just have useless experience of 8-9-10 yrs) -Management and HR need to understand that if they hiring people from good institutes(like NITs and others) they should not be treated just like others and give them some responsible work (instead of testing ,infra ) like dev or designing otherwise it would be waste of talent and a career.
