      I had great teammates, other than that it's all bad, from technologies to managers

      It wasn't hard to pass the interviews and get the job But it was hard to get a job after Amdocs, since its reputation isn't good, other companies prefer not to employ former employees from Amdocs

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
