Terrific work hours , must 3 days and 9 hours in office for some projects. Promotion and hike everything depends on the manager how he/she feels about your work. Even though if you work like anything at the end they will say you met our expectations go beyond our expectation . This is my recent experience with my manager where I left with no words after listening to this.
