Poor work life balance. Very difficult to get vacation time. Poor management. Lack of direction from above. 60 hour or more work weeks are expected. Nobody ir pro-active. Everything is reactive and finger pointing when things go wrong. Promotions are based on race and not performance. Raises are generally 0.75 to 1 percent if they are even given. Although record profits, the company went 3 years without giving raises company wide.
