1) There is nothing such as good work environment. Nobody knows the definition of Work Life Balance. 2) The management never comes in front to support or guide any new employee. No such trainings for anyone. 3) There is no transparency in policies, even HRs are not completely aware of what is laid down in offer letters. 4) Their true colors will be shown when you will exit the company. Even HRs won't help you. HRs take care more of management or managers than employee. 5) The management would only pressurize you to work without any aid or assistance. Even if you are new to work or profile you would be expected to complete your project on your own. 6) Not even a single teammate or manager will help to complete assignments. No matter how much efforts you put to complete task, no appreciations. 7) The managers treat you as if you are in school, no work ethics and very discourteous behavior. 8) No management will let you learn and will keep you stuck with tedious tasks.
