Knuckle dragging thugs run the Operations and Manufacturing teams (teams???). Upper management is complacent and part of the problems. Stock obsessed managers will do anything to keep there status. Lie, bully, and pressure their employees. So many good, hard working people have left. You put in long hours and accomplish the nearly immpossible and still have your job threatened.
