Career growth is way slower than Amazon proper, but there is still growth. There is a lack of L6-L7 engineers, L4 engineers that would be L5 on Alexa are deemed "not meeting the bar" at AR, which is ironic because I see a lot of L6 engineers that are barely L5s.
